North Atlantic prawns in a marie-rose sauce on a bed of lettuce served with granary bread

MAIN COURSES
Chicken Chasseur
Breast of chicken in a mushroom, green pepper and onion sauce. Accompanied with new potatoes and
a vegetable medley

Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding
A traditional roast dinner served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables.

Scottish Salmon Fillet
Accompanied with a classic lemon and dill sauce, baby new potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Vegetable Kiev
Red and yellow peppers, mushrooms with petits pois, sweetcorn and brown rice in a crisp crumb coating with
a delicious soft cheese and garlic centre.


DESSERTS
Chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream Cake
Layers of chocolate and vanilla ice cream on a chocolate base ,topped with
white chocolate pieces and a rich chocolate sauce

Mixed Berry Meringue Nests
Light meringue filled with fresh cream and topped with mixed berries with a fresh fruit coulis

A delicious deep filled apple pie served with piping hot custard
