Chardonnay Chicken with Chestnut Mushrooms
Succulent Breast of Chicken in a Creamy Chardonnay Sauce with Chestnut Mushrooms. Accompanied by New Potatoes and a Vegetable Medley.

Roast Gammon with Honey and Mustard Glaze

Served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and seasonal vegetables.

Scottish Salmon Fillet
Accompanied with a classic lemon and dill sauce, baby new potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Vegetable Kiev
Red and yellow peppers, mushrooms with petits pois, sweetcorn and brown rice in a crisp crumb coating with
a delicious soft cheese and garlic centre.

A delicious mixed fruit crumble and custard

Mixed Berry Meringue Nests

Light meringue filled with fresh cream and topped with mixed berries with a fresh fruit coulis

Banoffee Roulade

Banana puree on a bed of sticky toffee sauce and heaps of fresh toffee cream rolled in a crisp brown sugar meringue, sprinkled with pecan nuts and dusted with sugar snow
