Membership Categories

Full 7 Day Members

For members over the age of 35 years*. Full members have unrestricted access to the golf course and Clubhouse facilities around the normally accepted reservations and bookings for competitions and functions. Guests can be invited to play on the course at a reduced rate green fee. Full members are entitled to attend and vote at General Meetings.
Mens Section
A variety of competitions are organised throughout the week and at weekends allowing members to participate in a competitive round of golf or to just enjoy a social game. Members have the opportunity to play other Surrey courses and represent the Club in county events and  matches along with a host of other regular inter-club competitions. The men’s section is down to earth and includes people from all walks of life who believe in golf with no airs and graces.

Ladies Section
Whether you are working during the week or have more time to spare our ladies section offers a choice of organised events and competitions during th e week and at weekends.  Our business ladies section meets on a Saturday morning, we offer a number of events specially aimed at beginner golfers and we have an active calendar of competitive away matches. Everyone mixes and plays together and there is a very inclusive and non-clique atmosphere; for those that can make it we always enjoy a few days away together golfing on other courses at the end of the summer. 
Elders Section enables the over 55's to participate in competitions twice a week and to be part of many other fun matches and events throughout the year. We have an active calendar of home and away games at other leading Surrey golf clubs. We would love you to join us whether you are an out and out beginner or a more experienced golfer. 

Five Day

A category with a discounted subscription rate for members who are restricted to playing only on weekdays. Five-day members have unrestricted access to the golf course on Mondays to Fridays (including Bank Holidays) and full seven days a week use of the Clubhouse facilities around the normally accepted reservations and bookings for competitions and functions. Guests can be invited to play on the course during the week at a reduced rate green fee. Five-day members can play on the course at weekends on payment of a guest rate green fee. They are entitled to attend and vote at General Meetings.
Offpeak - Unlimted Golf at Offpeak times 7 Days a week
Access to the course by offpeak members is in the afternoon (from 2:00pm Summer/1:00pm Winter) seven days a week plus Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.  There are no restrictions on the number times Offpeak members can play during these periods. An Offpeak member can play in appropriate competitions for this catagory of membership but are required to have a handicap which is subject to an additional annual fee of £20. Offpeak members have unrestricted access to the Clubhouse and its facilities subject to the normally accepted reservations and bookings for functions.  Guests can be invited to play on the course at a reduced rate green fee and Offpeak members can play on the course during other times on payment of a guest rate green fee. Offpeak members are entitled to attend and vote at General Meetings.

Early Bird / Twilight

Enjoy unlimited golf before 7:30am and after 5pm.
The Clubhouse facilities are available at all times with a discount on beverages of 12.5% and food 10%. This category is entitled to attend and vote at General Meetings..

T & C's
Play as many holes before 7:30am from first light with the condition that you have cleared the 1st Tee by 7:30am. Unlimited golf after 5pm. Players must book a Tee Time at all times.

Young  - Unders 34 Years Old

A playing membership for those aged 18 to 34 years* (inclusive). A category with a discounted subscription rate to encourage younger golfers to stay with/or join the Club. Young members have unrestricted access to the golf course and Clubhouse facilities around the normally accepted reservations and bookings for competitions and functions. Guests can be invited to play on the course at a reduced rate green fee. Young members are entitled to attend and vote at General Meetings.

Junior - 14 - 18 Years Old

A category for boys and girls over the age between 14 years* and under 18 years* Their access to the course and adult competitions is restricted both by timing and ability. Juniors are encouraged to gain proficiency at golf and learn the rules and etiquette. Until they reach a level of competence they will be confined to playing in the afternoons at weekends, although all day during the week. They will be allowed to enter adult competitions on achieving an acceptable standard of playing ability. Other Juniors can be invited as guests of a Junior and play the course on payment of a junior guest rate green fee. Juniors have no voting rights.

Cadet - Under 13's

Subsidiary to Junior membership, Cadet membership is a playing membership for those under the age of 13 years*  Cadet members have all the rights of and access to the course and Clubhouse of a Junior member but are required to be supervised by a responsible adult.

Country

A category with a discounted subscription rate of 25% of the 7 Day Fee for members who reside and or  have a place of business beyond 35 road miles of the Clubhouse but within the UK. Country members have unrestricted access to the golf course and Clubhouse facilities around the normally accepted reservations and bookings for competitions and functions. Country members can play in all competitions and invite guests to play on the course at a reduced rate green fee. Country members are entitled to attend and vote at General Meetings..
Lifestyle - Flexible Membership
With Lifestyle membership you buy golf points when you can afford to and spend them at times to suit you and your family. Maybe you just want to play 9 holes or play occasionally but you still want the fun of entering competitions and being part of a club. Lifestyle membership entitles you to full golfing privileges including entering most competitions and maintaining a Congu handicap for an additional annual fee of £20, use of the Clubhouse facilities around the normally accepted reservations and bookings for competitions and functions. A computer based points system tracks what you have spent to date. The rate at which credits are used and the number of times they can be topped up may be changed over time. Guests can be invited to play on the course at a reduced rate green fee. The Clubhouse facilities are available at all times to Lifestyle members. Lifestyle members are entitled to attend and vote at General Meetings.

Social

Membership of the Club for those who do not play golf. Social members have unrestricted access to the Clubhouse around the normally accepted reservations and bookings for functions and events. They can invite guests to join them at the Clubhouse who are then able to enjoy all the facilities. Social members can hire the facilities for private functions and events. Social members have no voting rights.

Overseas

A category with a discounted subscription rate of 50% of the 7 Day Fee. Members who reside outside of the UK for a minimum of 6 Months Per Year.  Overseas members have unrestricted access to the golf course and Clubhouse facilities around the normally accepted reservations and bookings for competitions and functions. Overseas members can play in all competitions and invite guests to play on the course at a reduced rate green fee. Overseas Members are entitled to attend and vote at General Meetings
*When determining the age of a prospective member, his/her age is deemed to be that as on the 1st April of the year of subscription.
